Setting up a credit account - qualifying criteria:
In order for a credit account to be processed and opened as efficiently as possible Eurieka.ie will ask for the following,
A company may apply for credit if, in business for at least 3 years, have done business with us by pre payment on at least 5 previous occasions, the company must be VAT registered and a minimum of three trade references for the company must be submitted upon request

Pricing is updated daily on all of our products. With constantly changing stock and therefore prices eurieka.ie has adopted an updating system that ensures that the best price possible is available for our customers. All pricing can be viewed on eurieka.ie inclusive and exclusive of VAT which is necessary depending on whether you are a business or home user. Due to the changing nature of prices and stock we do not issue price or product lists but both can be viewed 24/7 on the website.
Stock information on our site is straightforward with each product providing an indication of the number of the particular product currently in stock. We aim only to show products that are currently available to us.
To process orders with Eurieka.ie choose the product/s you wish to include in your basket. When you choose a product you can continue to shop or proceed to checkout using a credit/debit card or bank transfer payment option. Under each product there will be where applicable ‘related products’ i.e. accessories to the product you have selected. To add these to your order simply check the box beside the product or click the ‘Add’ button beside each.
The Basket area also allows you to change the delivery address to one of your choice within the ROI and also lets you choose collection as a delivery method. Finally the Basket area will show you your order total before proceeding to ‘Checkout’ to confirm your order.
Once an order has been processed it cannot be altered to allow for an increase in product lines or quantities within a line. This is due to the fact that orders for in stock items go straight into picking upon order confirmation. Orders that are in the processing phase must be cancelled in writing by submitting an email with the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers wishing to add to an order in the same day that the order was placed should open a new order on Eurieka.ie and every effort will be made to ensure that where items ordered are in stock that they are part of the initial delivery.
Eurieka.ie will at various times have offers on stock and promote these on its website as well as notifying customers who have registered for promotions.
At eurieka.ie we take security very seriously, eurieka.ie is Fully PCI Compliant and adhere to strict security standard laid out by Visa, MasterCard and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This standard has very strict and detailed requirements to everything from the physical locks on our server rooms to the encryption on the pages where credit card information is entered.

We do not offer goods for payment upon collection. All goods must be paid for online prior to collection, A collection notification will be sent to the registered e-mail address once your order is ready for collection. Please also bring necessary relevant identification with you for collection orders.

Pre-payment of Orders
Pre-payment of goods can be made via funds transfer to Eurieka.ie bank a/c. Funds MUST be sent through on the SAME DAY (normal business hours) that the order is requested. This is due to changing prices and stock availability. The details that should appear on the funds transfer are:

Orders will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared into our bank account.
No fee is applied by our company when paying into our bank account, but customers should make sure that all bank charges are paid by the customer. Banks often deduct a fee from incoming payments and it is important that customers pay all related bank charges so that we receive the full amount to our account.
Cheques will not be accepted unless a prior agreement has been made between Eurieka and a customer. Generally no cheques are accepted as payment.

Irish LegislationThe Irish government implemented the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Directive 2002/96/EC in August 2005. From 13 August 2005, all Producers and Distributors (Retailers) of EEE must comply with the WEEE Regulations 2005.The purpose of this Directive is, as a first priority, the prevention of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), and in addition, the reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery of such wastes so as to reduce the disposal of waste. It also seeks to improve the environmental performance of all operators involved in the life cycle of electrical and electronic equipment, e.g. producers, distributors and consumers and in particular those operators directly involved in the treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
How does it work?
Consumers from in the Republic of Ireland will be able to return waste electrical and electronic equipment to Eurieka.ie free of charge on a one-to-one basis. This means that when purchasing an equivalent product, you can return your old version to us provided it is a like-for-like equivalent, or has fulfilled the same function as the newly supplied equipment. For example, you're entitled to send back a television, provided you purchased a comparable new television. Items you are returning as WEEE must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery
How do I return my old product?
You can return your old product at the time of sale/delivery of the new product or you can call us to arrange to collect your old product within 15 days of the date of sale/delivery and a maximum 30 days.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and waste batteries must never be placed in your waste disposal or recycling bins. WEEE is taken back free of charge at electrical retail outlets on a one-for-one like-for-like basis. There is a bin for small batteries in your local store. Local authority civic amenity facilities also take back WEEE and waste batteries free of charge. WEEE and waste battery recycling is free.
