Collection Orders

Collection Point
Eurieka.ie is pleased to allow you the possibility to collect your order from our Collection Point in Dublin. There is a processing charge of €2.50 ex vat for all collection orders.

Note*: In all orders for collection you will be notified when order is ready for collection via e-mail at the address given at time of your order. Customers should not come to our collection point until they have received their e-mail collection notification

Placing your order for collection
When placing an order for collection indicate in ‘Shipping Mode’ as collection in the basket area before order confirmation. You will be notified by e-mail when an order is ready for collection. Please do not come to the collection point before this notification has been received.

Our collection point is open Mon – Fri, 10:00am – 5:30pm and is open at lunchtime at the address below:

*Identification needed for Collection Orders?*
Your Order Confirmation received via email and valid ID such as Passport or Drivers License

**What if I cannot pick up the order myself?**
If you would like someone else to pick up the order and you have paid for the order online, the person who picks up the order will need: the bill payers ID, their own ID, written consent from the bill payer and the original Order Confirmation.

Stock
Please note that our collection point is not a trade counter, we do not take walk in sales and we do not keep stock of products at our collection point. Only products ordered for collection will be held at our collection point.

Cash
We do not accept cash, cheque or any other payment methods at our Collection Point.
