What is the delivery time on in stock products?

All orders placed before 4pm daily are delivered in 1-3 working days, with the majority deliveries (over 95%) made next day based on the order/s being received by 4pm the previous day.


When an order is placed for collection, when is it possible to collect?

Any order placed for collection before 4pm will generally be available for collection the next business day, however we do quote 1-3 business days. The customer will be notified by email once their order is ready for collection. Please do not come to our Collection Point until you have received your collection notification as your order will not be ready.


What are our collection point opening hours?

Our collection point is open from 9:00am -5:30pm, Monday to Friday. (excluding Bank and Public Holidays)


What details does the customer need in order to make a collection?

Order Confirmation received via email and valid ID such as Passport or Drivers licence. If the customer cannot collect themselves they can have someone to collect on their behalf and must also have the order confirmation and photo ID. We must also receive consent from the named person on the order.


Can a customer pay cash at the collection point?

All orders are paid for prior to collection unless prior arrangement has been agreed. We do not accept walk in sales and do not accept cash, cheque or any other payment methods at our Collection Point.


What is our delivery charge?

Our delivery charge is €10 ex vat for Nationwide Courier Delivery. This is a flat fee and is regardless of order weight or size. For your security of delivery all orders require a customer signature


Is there a collection charge?

There is a handling fee of €2.50 ex vat on all collection orders. This is a flat fee and is regardless of order weight or size.


What payment options do we accept?

Customers can pay by credit/debit card, by online bank transfer or by lodging a cheque directly into our bank account. All orders must be processed in full prior to shipment unless a prior arrangment exists.

My order/delivery has missing items?

Please note that where orders contain multiple lines of products, in order to improve efficiency products may be despatched separately. If all of your order is not delivered on the first delivery the complete order should all arrive within 1-3 days as above.
