I called Peter probably a dozen times with different questions before finally purchasing a HP Zbook, which I couldn’t be happier with. Each time, he was patient and helpful. The Zbook unfortunately didn’t have one component that I needed but Peter wasted no time in organising an external CD rom to be sent out to me, even though I was away at the time, he didn’t hesitate in arranging the courier to call to the campsite where we were staying.
